I had a wonderful stay at the hotel, thanks to its stunning beachfront access and proximity to great local restaurants. However, I did encounter some issues with the service, as a few staff members weren’t as friendly as I’d hoped and there were problems with my belongings being taken. Overall, the location and the updated rooms made for a pleasant experience, but some aspects could definitely be improved.

The rooms were spacious and had my favorite view of the beach. The recent renovations spiced up the look, which was a nice touch, but they were a bit noisy at times.

The service was hit or miss. While some staff were friendly and accommodating, I unfortunately had an unpleasant experience when some of my belongings went missing.

The hotel’s location is perfect for exploring local attractions like Sea World and Little Italy. It’s clean and beautifully situated on a lovely island with easy access to everything you need.

Dining was decent, but the prices felt a bit high, especially with the added resort fee. The food at the Barefoot Grill was enjoyable and made a special birthday lunch for my granddaughter memorable.
